Assembly

The most important facet of our system is how simple it makes the home-building process for our customers. Our proprietary wall panels, roof system, and other components are designed to fit easily but solidly together. Priton’s revolutionary construction system makes building affordable housing faster and more cost-effective than ever before. With a small, local crew and no heavy machinery, you can assemble a home that will stand the test of time in just seven days. And having all the materials necessary in a single, secure container ensures fixed material and labor costs.

RAPID BUILD

FROM FOUNDATION TO COMPLETED HOUSE IN 7 DAYS

Take a day-by-day tour of our remarkably fast assembly process and see how easy it is to build a Priton home.

Timeline

Before MyHouse arrives on site, the foundation slab needs to be poured to our specifications and allowed to cure per the manufacturer's recommended time.

Day 1

At the beginning of the first day of assembly, the external walls are complete and work on the interior walls has begun.

Day 1

By the end of the first day of assembly, the porch posts are set in place and the trusses for the roof assembly have started to be built.

Day 2

The interior walls are finished on the second day, along with the trusses for the roof assembly. The exterior has been painted and the roofing has begun to be placed.

Day 3

On the third day the roof is completed, and work has begun on the interior.

Day 3

Work has begun on the ceilings. Electric, plumbing and air conditioning systems are in place and all trim pieces are pre-painted in preparation for installation.

Day 4

On the fourth day, ceilings are completed and both walls and ceilings are painted. The bathroom tub and shower set are installed and the windows are trimmed.

Day 5

All kitchen cabinetry is installed on the fifth day, along with the countertops, sink, and bathroom fixtures. Flooring is also in place.

Day 6

The window shutters are installed on the sixth day, while all interior doors are set and trimmed. The air conditioning is connected and the baseboards are put into place.

Day 7

The final touches are completed on the seventh day: bathroom accessories are placed, the door hardware is installed, lighting fixtures are hung, appliances are installed and hooked up, and punch list items are checked off.

INCLUDED KITS

Our One Home – One Container system includes everything you need to quickly and easily build a durable, high quality home. The container is efficiently packed at our factory in reverse order to the assembly process, ensuring that each component is easy to access as it’s needed on site. Below is more information on each kit: Priton’s proprietary wall panel system; our roof system; electrical and plumbing systems; and finishes.

PANEL SYSTEM

With U-channels serving as a guide for assembly, our panels simply slip into the channels to form the walls of the house. The panels are bolted twice in each of the vertical seams that connect one panel with the next. During assembly, tension rods secure the panels into place.

ROOF SYSTEM

Priton’s roof system consists of trusses, insulation, and a metal roof, all of which arrive at the construction site as a kit manufactured for ease of on-site assembly. Each truss comes with four pieces; just screw in the bolts and continue the process until all of the trusses are assembled. The trusses are bolted to the tension rod and U-channel with a hurricane strap, while the upper U-channels are bolted into the panels.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY

Electrical has been design as a "plug and play" system. An electrician is not required to install the system. Wires click together. Wires are preinstalled into the fuse box and ready to extend to junction boxes above each room, traveling through the trusses. From the junction boxes, the wires are precut to extend to each outlet and light fixture, and are attached with a quick "click."

PLUMBING ASSEMBLY

This innovative plumbing system uses a central plumbing manifold — essentially, a plumbing fuse box — to feed hot and cold water through flexible supply lines to individual fixture (all sinks, etc.). The supply lines comprise PEX, which means the flexible piping can easily be threaded around structural members, through walls and through crawl spaces. Supply lines go through the trusses and are precut to the length for each fixture for ease of assembly.

FINISHES

We provide a wide variety of contemporary finishes that are stylish and resilient while offering remarkable adaptability, protection, and efficiency. We offer a range of choices in colorful ceramic coating; plank flooring; cabinetry and countertops; lighting and fans; and hardware for throughout the home. In addition, a number of options are available, including appliances, air conditioning, and upgrades for homes facing severe weather conditions.
